Up for auction ismy1974 Triumph TR-6. This a true numbers matching car with the very rare factory over-drive transmission option. I'mthe 2nd owner and the car has only 40,373 miles on the odometer.I will make every effort to detail everything about the car so all interested will be fully informed prior to bidding. The car is selling this week to the highest bidder. Heritage:This is a true numbers matching car as proven by the British Heritage Certificate that I obtained from England. I'm the 2nd owner of the car. I purchased the car from the original owner in Austin Texas where he purchased the car new from a local dealer.
Mechanicals:The car runs and drives welland she is ready for the open road. The car was justserviced last month. The service includeda complete tune up,oil change, ewoil filter, ew air filters, ew fan belt, ew battery installed,transmission fluid serviced and rear end fluid serviced.The shop also installed a new radiator air intake duct.I also hada new set of tires installed.The car shifts up / down through all the gears with no issues or noises. The rear end is strong and makes no noises. Overdrive Transmission: Yes this car does have the factory overdrive transmission option and it works great. Electrical's:This area is in good condition with the following items in working order.Headlights ( high & low beam) wor, ipers work, orn works, ront & rearturn signals work, ront & rear running lights work, rake lights work,backup lights work, icense plate lights work,dash gauge lights work, glove box light works,radio works ( but its old and should be repalced at some point ) andblower fan works. Interior: Is inaveragecondition and I'll let the photos speak for its condition. Exterior:The car looks nice in the photos but I would still say the paint is of driver quality ( not show ) as there are scratches on the trunk lid that may or may not show up in the photos. The top is in nice condition and was replaced at the end of last year. The wheels are in nice condition. The carsitsnicely on the ground with no visible signsleaning orsagging. Look at howwellthe body, hood, runk and doors fit. As seen all body panels, ood, runk anddoors areverystraight.The rocker panels are solid and in very nice condition. Again, brand new tires on all 4 corners. Also, he chrome door mirrors where just replaced. Soft Top:The soft top was replaced at the end of last year. Underbody:This area looks to be ingood condition. I have underbody and floor pan photos available upon request. Trunk: The car doescomes with a spare wheel and I just installed a new trunk panel kit and trunk light.
