1967 Triumph TR4 IRS with Overdrive. I am not an expert, the car was bought and restored for my own driving pleasure; but I got old while I was restoring and now I find it difficult to get in and out, so here is a chance for someone to own a car that is rare, fast, beautiful and different.
Fun and fast. Typical sports car exhilarating ride; runs great and sounds like a powerful sports car should. It is all original "numbers matching" car. It is almost like new in many respects. I haven't been able to drive it much, so many parts, etc., still need to be broken in (such as the soft top is difficult to snap on the body as it should) and many other parts.
Engine has been recently been overhauled (probably less than 50 miles on it). It was overhauled before I bought it. This TR4 comes with all the rare and hard to find accessories that were available from the manufacturer: it has overdrive, new soft top, hardtop, tonneau cover, independent rear suspension (IRS), original tire tools, i.e. "the works".
As stated the car is all original but I replaced all the parts that could have been affected by weather or age (ie seals, etc). Folder of receipts on all Restoration and Parts will be provided.....folder is 1 inch thick with receipts
