I anticipated a quick finish since the car came with the parts needed to put her back together. Once I got it and finished tearing down, found the PO was a total hack. The project turned into way more than I anticipated, nd took way longer than I imagined. I completely stripped the interior out, andblasted and painted it. Put down 2 layers of bedliner on the pan, ollowed by 2-3 coats of liquid sound deadening on the floors, oofs, nside doors, nside quarters, nd pretty much anywhere that is not visible. Put in a new headliner, ave a front carpet kit, atching brushed aluminum rear quarters, oor panels, nd dash panel. The front beam came completely apart and got cleaned, ainted, new seals put in, new ball joints put in, nd re-greased the leaf packs. At the same time as the disk brake swap on the front I replaced all the tie rod ends.Things that need to get finished:-Interior-Dash (gauges, witches)-Re-fit the front end-Door window seals-Visor and cowl mounted-ElectricalWith the electrical, tore out the rats nest of a wiring harness and used a replacement main harness to build my own. The rear of the car is done, ith the engine all wired in, s well as the taillights, rake lights, nd the turn signals have the wires run. Up front, here is a new fuse box with relays, nd the wires are run for headlights, urn signals, arking lights, nd side marker lights. A universal headlight switch is wired in.I have 4 of the 6 gauges I wanted to use in the car. They are Intellitronix LED Digital gauges. I currently have Speedo, ach, uel level, nd volts. I was planning to get oil pressure and oil temperature as well.------Car located in Freeland, ashington. Over 4000 invested. My loss is your gain
