You are bidding on a 1974 VW bus from Brazil. 15 window Kombi located in San Jose, A. Brazil made VW buses until 1975. All parts are present including front, iddle, nd rear seats, adio, umpers, tc. This bus starts up and runs great. Fun to drive. 1500 cc motor runs and idles great. Comes with locking steering ignition switch. Tires are used and should be replaced. Comes with new starter, attery and new wiring in engine bay.
All electrical works great: headlights, aillights,deckled,turn signals,etc work great.
Bodywork and rust areas:
There has been bodywork done to this bus before. Floors have been patched in front and rear areas but are solid and functional. Some rust in battery tray area. Driver's side rocker has been worked on and from inside the bus you can see home grown work done. Thisbus needs total restoration, ut for an everyday runner this bus is functional and drives great.
On Registration:I attempted to register this bus in California, owever, A Air Resources board changed their rules on post '68 vehicles coming into the state, nd prevent any overseas vehicles from being registered. I DO NOTrecommend if you are from California to buy this bus. If you are outside CA, hen you should be fine.
I have the original title from Brazil, ustoms paperwork, nd bill of sale that you will need to register in your state.
