Description for Volkswagen Other 1969
Deserter GT by Autodynamics. Refreshed in 2007/2008. A very hard to find buggy, specially all together and complete. Complete with the windshield supports and an unbroken windshield. That's a big deal. Try to find Deserter windshield posts. There were 2 posts made for each body and that's about it. The posts and the windshield are the most important parts of a Deserter GT, f you are to build a project body. 1969 IRS pan. No rust that I have ever found. Many upgrades done to the buggy, ome of them are...3" narrowed / adjustable front beam

There are a few rock chips here and there from being driven, nd I have to mention there is an about 3" long vertical scratch down the driver side pod that happened when a projection screen fell on it a few years ago. It still upsets me, ut it's not too bad. Doesn't distract from the car though. The black / yellow CA license plate is not included with the car.
Fast and Fun! Thumbs up and turns heads whenever I take it out. The Deserter runs and drives awesome. I'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking. If you have any questions about it feel free to message me. I can take other pictures if you need.
I have all receipts for engine work totaling over 3.5K. Also have receipts for most of the other parts I've listed.
Only 400 Deserter GT's were made in the late '60s and early '70s - not many remain. This is truly a unique buggy with it's built in head lights and round windshield. Stands out in any crowd.
Trades considered.
