1972 VW Super Beetle Bug - Satin Black - Good Weekend Car

Description for Volkswagen Beetle - Classic 1972

72 Super, 600 cc, 4 PICT 3 carb. New wiring harness, ew brake lines, battery, as tank, nd carpet last summer. Painted satin black a few years ago. Fenders were media blasted to bare metal and drivers side headlight was fiberglassed due to rust holes, hen primered and painted. Aluminum running boards and sill plates. Aluminum door panels plasti-dipped black.
Interior in good shape, ave headliner to be installed but looks OK without it. Original seats were recovered with quality TMI kit. Floor was scraped, ust proofed, rimered, hino lined, hen carpeted. Interior could use some touching up and detailing. New Wolfsburg West 3 point seatbelts.
Tires are good. Some rust bubbles on hood and body. Driver side pan was replaced at some point. Pan under battery is solid. Some rust particulates in the fuel filter, robably need new fuel lines eventually, ust been changing fuel filter every oil change and its been fine.
Good weekend car. Leaks a little oil if it sits too long. Haven't driven it much lately, have a Baja bug I like to drive too. Taken care of and fixed lots of previous owner "repairs". Garage kept. Starts up and runs, aven't taken it out much recently. Comes with tow bar and some various spare parts I've added to my "just in case" kit every VW owner has. Clear title in hand.
