1973 VOLKSWAGEN BUS WESTFALIA CAMPMOBILE

Description for Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon 1973

This is a rare year for the VW Type 2 Bus (Campmobile / Kombi). It's a collector vehicle valued over $8,000. Exterior has very little to no rust, nd a couple of scrapes that would be easily fixed. Interior is in excellent condition, eupholstered seats, rand new odometer, as pedal, nd extra large marine battery (to run power longer than a normal car battery). Original Westfalia furniture intact and in excellent condition: icebox, ink, ables, ed, loset, tc. I don't currently have interior shots but the pictures I pulled from the web show basically what it looks like with the Westfalia furniture set up. The seats are a light blue/grey fabric, nd carpet floor. (I'll be putting up actual interior images soon.)
I bought this bus 10 years ago when I was in high school and stored it at my mom's house when I left for college. I never wanted to sell it but I don't have the mechanic skills to maintain it as my regular car. It's barely been driven in the past 10 years (less than 700 miles) and the previous owner took excellent care of it and did a lot of restorations. Engine needs some work but has a brand new distributor, arine battery, nd some hoses, tc. Not running at the moment but with a little love it would be a truly amazing companion.
