1969 Volkswagen ConvertableClassic Karman VW Red. We have owned this car for 17 years and we bought it from a friend who owned it for at least 15 years. We have put less than 3000 miles on it. The tires have less than 1000 miles. This car has been covered and garage kept its entire life. It was never driven in winter or in the rain. It has always been smoke free. We had extensive restoration (Paint, ew top, orsion bars, xaust, eat covers, attery, nd brakes) from 2000 to 2006. The oil & lube has been done periodicaly. It has always been smoke free. This is a rust free VW. You can drive it home (as long as it's not raining!!! Since the restoration the horn is inoperative, here is some fraying of the interior floor carpet near the door.The reason we are selling it is because my wife has had knee surgery and can't operate a manual transmission.
