1967 Bug

Description for Volkswagen Beetle - Classic 1967

The good:New Wiring Works complete harness. New windshield. New window and door rubber from WCM. New TMI door panels. New TMI seat covers professionally done. New visors. New headliner. Popout quarter windows. Gene Berg Locking shifter w/2 keys. New Speedo. New Battery. Hi-Torque starter. New Tires. Stock original rims. 2332cc engine built from new dual relief case (CB perf. Autocraft. Gene Berg) Weber 44idf carburetors. New Street performance trans from TransWest in Torrance. New ball joints and brakes (master cyl. wheel cyl's etc). Front end Aligned and adjusted at well known shop in Redondo Beach. Rebuilt Z -bar with all new bushings. All the Small torsions removed up front to even-up the stance (not lowered). Have unpainted radio delete plate. Was told it was a california car from the middle-man i bought from and by the looks of the No-Rust Pan and body i would agree. Decent Black license plates registered to car. The Bad:Some chips and scratches. Stock fuel line plugged somewhere in the middle so i bypassed until i can unplug. Door windows have some sand blasted areas from being in the desert. Factory locking steering with key but does not lock (i think it has broken pin that locks the column). German starter switch added w/2 keys. No carpet (couldn't make up my mind on color) but has repro rubber mat. Flat tray has been replaced due to water leaking from rear window and has been rubberized. I know i've probably left out something but if you're SERIOUS i can answer any questions. Tired of the lookyloos so please don't waste my time or yours.
