1970 Volkswagon Camper

Description for Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon 1970

Bought this bus approx. 9 years ago and had it shipped to Cape Cod from Georgia. Worked on it for several years. The outside body work is in great shape. No rust! Also rebuilt the engine and put new wheels and tires on, the interior back of the bus is in great shape. We redid all woodwork and closets with cherry wood and redid the chair/bed cushion/covers. Drove it locally until approx 2 years ago and it has been in a garage ever since. Never drove it on the highway. Last inspection sticker was 2011. It will take a little work to get it running but not a lot.Unfortunately we never got around to working on the front. Front windows and gauges do not work. The driver and passenger seats, the dashboard and the floor in the front are all original and in need of work - nothing has been done.
