Description for Volkswagen Beetle - Classic 1973

Professional frame-off restoration in the mid-90's. Parked since about 2000, and was running at that time. Some paint bubbling,a littlebody rust through on hood. Pan rusted through under battery. Assume that the engine is frozen. Manual tranny shifts into all positions without the engine running. Some spare parts and a spare short block.
