In 2012 it received new brake components, generator, starter, and a full tune up with a receipt showing $1,900 spent on this. The beetle was also given a new carburetor 4 years ago. The paint and chrome show very well and are in excellent condition. The current owner has owned the car 5 years. Upon going through our inspection of the car, we did notice 2 different vin numbers on the car. The one on the dash matches the title however the one on the tunnel underneath the rear seat is different. The Volkswagen Beetle is an automotive icon and respected in all circles.
