Description for Volkswagen Beetle - Classic 1973
This 1973 Volkswagen Beetle is the full custom Bug that has been given all the right investments and maintenance to really deliver a cool classic for an unbeatable price. This one really has something to offer from every angle. Up front nerf bar bumpers and headlight eyelids look cool. In the rear, this has more straight bumper bars, flat-mounted taillights, and the sporty style of the bright dual exhaust tips curving around each side. Plus, every way... you look at this Beetle, you'll always catch site of the vintage-style wood and metal roof rack. And those minilite-style wheels have a 14/15-inch front/rear stagger for a little more aggression in the stance. Still, even without the custom pieces, we all love the angular sheetmetal, and flat-style windshield. And that's highlighted further by a more recent application of the bright blue. The tan interior has a nice look, and it even includes some great details like the lighter colored piping. This has some great upgrades for comfort that range from the re-freshened carpeting, to the AM/FM/CD stereo system with an aux input for your iPod. It feels cool to slip into the driver's bucket seat with sporty upgrades like the smaller diameter steering wheel, aluminum pedals, and grippy aluminum shifter. The everlasting appeal of the Beetle comes from the hardy air-cooled flat-four motor in the back. But as you check this one out, you can tell that the 1600cc unit has been treated to cut-above maintenance and flair. In the last few years, the motor has received a long list of upkeep, including a new carburetor, distributor, oil pump, and alternator. And there's a newer clutch on the four-speed manual transmission. Plus, with the shocks, ball joints, and tie rod ends all on the recently replaced list, this feels quite solid on the road. There have been a ton of great investments in the VW. So we'll be happy to go over all the full list in great detail. But you can already tell that this is the Beetle that has been done right, and all for a great price. Call now!
