Up for sale is my 1994 Volkwagon Eurovan camper. Vehicle is in great condition and is a fun, reliable camper van. LOW RESERVE
This is a Europeanvariant with a body by Karmann (of Karmann Ghia fame). It was legally imported from Europe and now has a clean Vermont title. Dash in in KM and milage converts to under 130,000 miles.
The van is powered by an inline 5 diesel engine mated to a 5 speed manual transmission. The diesel motor and manual transmission give the van great fuel economy, which has been helpful on long trips. Vehicle comfortably maintains highway speeds.
The interior is a complete camper setup with overhead loft, couch seating area that coverts into a bed for two, driver and passengerseats on swivel bases, dining table, built in diesel heater, sink and stove, and rear area that has been a bathroom but is currently childrens bunks (this area could be converted back to a bathroom or other use)Windows are insulated and have built in shades. The van has a solar panel on the roof for power, and a bike rack on the back, as well as a ladder for roof access. The shore power is still set up for european and would take some minimal work to convert to US 110
Body and mechanical are in good condition. The body has some minor blemishes but no major damage and no major rust on body or undercarriage. Mechanically the van seems to be in very good shape and has been very reliable. The prior owner in europe was an executive in Amsterdam and spared no expense on maintenance.
