Known for their utilitarian designs and high safety standards, olvo has become synonymous for reliability and functionality. The PV was Volvo's attempt to capitalize on the new needs that resulted from WWII, he public needed a small utilitarian car that was efficient on gas, ependable, nd rugged components. Although many considered the design to be outdated from initial creation the engineering of the PV series is what made this Volvo stand out from the other European cars.

This 1958 PV445 Duett is in fantastic condition considering its age and intended use, his awesome little wagon boasts only 16,269 actual miles as stated on current title. The Duett is the name intended to signify a car that could be used as a delivery vehicle during the week and a comfortable sedan on the days off work. Volvo's decision to use a ladder frame rather than the PV444's unibody construction, llowed the Duett to carry more weight without compromising the integrity of the car. Our PV445 Duett is finished in a beautiful two-tone white over red and is in very good condition, ith minor imperfections found upon closer inspection. The previous owner stated that it has received one repaint in the original color combination.
