The Volvo P1800es was built for 2 years only, 972 and 1973, ith a total production run of 8077. The '73 model accounted for 5007 of those.

They were available with either standard transmission or Borg Warner 3 speed automatic - with the standard out numbering the automatics. That would make this car one of a very small number.

Ahead of their time, hese cars were equipped with 4 wheel disc brakes and Bosch D-Jetronic fuel injection.

This car shows very well inside and out.

The paint is an older repaint that maintains a nice even gloss.

The interior is absolutely beautiful with excellent leather seats and carpet.

All of the glass is clear and free of fog and scratches.

The undercarriage is very solid.

This car runs and shifts nicely.

The working odometer reads 012193. The front of the title reads 45,000 in 2004. This is likely a replacment odometer.We are estimating it to be about 57,000and are selling this True Mileage Unknown.

The owner indicated on that Maryland title sold it to a Volvo dealer that used it as a display model. That's a nice dry life!

Production ended June 27, 973 on these vehicles. The vehicle information lable on the door jam shows this car was built in June of 1973.That makes this one of the very last ones built and one of the newest ones on the road!
