Description for Volvo 240 1982

Trying to buy a house, and getting out of the Volvo game.
CAR IS SOLD AS IS! It is a running/driving project car. Again, this car needs work to become a daily driver.
Motor: RSI built motor (less than 6,000 miles on it) with custom RSI Wiseco turbo pistons, IPD turbo cam and adjustable gear, performance timing belt, rebuilt and decked k-jet head, balanced rotating assembly, stage 1.5 (maybe 2?) pressure plate and clutch, converted to lh2.2 with a professionally made wire harness from Sweden, updated injectors, custom built schedule 10 stainless turbo header, 740 intercooler, electric fan, a/c delete, custom alternator mount with 100amp unit, custom built turbo (duramax hot side - custom billet wheel and housing for the cold side), generic waste-gate and B.O.V., manual boost controller knob in the dash, 1:1 rising rate fuel pressure regulator, wide-band sensor with gauge, running about 15psi +/- 4psi of boost (dependent on weather conditions), bolted motor mounts for strength, loud exhaust system (just a high flow catalytic converter), and k&n cone air filter.
Suspension/wheels: Custom short strut coil-overs in the front, kaplhenke strut tower brace, adjustable camber plates, IPD front sway bar, kaplhenke quick steer roll correction bits, new bushings and manual steering components, custom adjustable pan-hard bar and torque arms, cut rear IPD sport springs, and rear axle drop limiting cables, custom one-off wheels - 15x8 front and 15x10 rears (with near new tires) front 25mm wheel spacers (wheels have some pitting).
Interior: Custom cupholder armrest, sport drivers seat, single b-pillar cross bar, line-x dash, boost - afr - and standard gauges.
Body: Custom rear wheel arches to fit the 265 wide tires, matte black rattle-canned paint, pin-striping on hood, converted to single round front end... along with the older 5 panel rear lights, shaved antenna hole, shaved c-pillar moldings, brand new windshield, slim front bumper, and a round gas lid.
THE BAD: M46 transmission is starting to grind, slight oil leak (possibly rear main), sunroof doesn't work, wiring needs to be cleaned up, missing interior bits+rough interior, need to wire up the electric engine cooling fan, pinhole leak in overflow tank, emissions tags aren't current, headlight switch is flakey(may just be wiring?), dash lights don't work, rear inner wheel arches need to be fiberglassed (or filled somehow) so the outside elements don't fling in to the car, rear arch bodywork/rear bumper area need small fine tuning, along with the hood being a little wavy and other dents/body issues. (includes another hood), horn doesn't work, high idles sometimes (800-1100), rear bumper skin is not there, exhaust has a leak (new 3" v-band kit can be included) There may be more, but thats all I can think of right now.
I'd give up my small collection of parts as well. (hood, wheels, wheel spacers, turbos, and a few boxes of parts)
Car is a blast and an attention getter, but I need the money for other things. It looks great from 20 feet away, and is very photogenic.Located in Portland, Oregon. Thank you.
