Up for sale is a 1978 Volvo 242. Good luck finding a cleaner car, it's not perfect but close. Owned by the same family since 1978. The biggest problem it has is that the previous owner over waxed the car, there is wax everywhere. The car obviously was not driven much, it runs ok, but should be gone through. I have replaced the in tank fuel pump. As far as I know everything works with the exception of the AC, which may only need charging. I have driven the car about 15 miles. It does have some scratches and imperfections but for an original car, big deal. The cigarette lighter has never been used, and the spare tire might be the original. The car is for sale locally and if someone comes up with the right amount of cash, I will end the auction early. In all honesty, I am getting tons of messages about this car, some from over seas so act fast. Title is clean, all sales are final and is sold as is with no warranty implied. I will hold the car 2 weeks after sale to make sure your check clears the bank. I will not release the car or title until then, no exceptions. After the check clears, we can talk pick up, send a truck or bring a trailer I can help load. Sorry I don't have more pictures at this time, I will take more.
