I bought this out of Colorado earlier this year. Didn't really plan to sell it but its sat since I got it home and as you see in the background I have projects coming out of the ground.

I bought it from the builder. He did extensive work to it. a Kubota turbo diesel out ofa skid steer. 4 speed manual transmission with overdrive. Working 4 wheel drive, to driven winch, ow bar. Clear Ohio title in my name. Front passenger side wheel seal is leaking and the tires are not safe.

If buyer plans to drive this home; which I would not fear doing regardless of distance, would recommend having that fixed prior to trip. I can help with this.
