A VERY FINE EXAMPLE OF CLASSIC 1988 528E IN BEAUTIFUL LACHSSIBER-METALLIC. I RECENTLY PURCHASED THIS CAR FROM A REPUTABLE BMW MECHANIC IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST AFTER OVER 8 MONTHS EXTENSIVE SEARCH FOR THE RIGHT 528E. THE MECHANIC TOOK THE CAR ON TRADE FOR WORK DONE ON ANOTHER BMW. THE MECHANIC RECOGNIZED IT TO BE A VERY CLEAN EXAMPLE AND PROCEEDED TO RESTORE IT MECHANICALLY AT A PRICE OF OVER 6K (SEE REPAIR INVOICE AND CARFAX REPORT BELOW) INCLUDING REBUILT TRANSMISSION. I CURRENTLY OWN AND HAVE OWNED MANY E28'S OVER THE YEARS AND THIS IS ONE OF THE CLEANEST I HAVE FOUND. I PURCHASED THIS FOR MY SON AS HIS FIRST CAR.
