1959 Buick Electra 225 Convertible

Here is want I would say is the best vehicle of its kind available for sale anywhere. It has gone thru a complete 15 year total off-frame restoration of a South Gate California car. It has all the original (number-matching) rebuilt engine. transmission and drive-line parts. It came as Arctic white. Red leather bucket seats. like the two Indy Pace cars were. I had the frame and all the suspension powder-coated in black semi-gloss. All wear parts replaced. All fluid-contacting brake parts stainless. Paint is Acrylic Urethane single stage. no clear coat as it was new. All effort was done to keep it as original as possible. I did add correct factory A/C. power vent windows and power antenna. The tires have the correct wide whites. The trunk material is same color and pattern as came in it. Chrome was either re-chromed or replaced with very nice used. All stainless polished. I am now 80 and have to move this great car to someone who will take care of it. It has sat in the garage for the last 3 years and only goes out for the annual local car show.
