Body has good sheet metal non-running v8 flathead - mostly complete

Description

The floor boards and trunk are rusted. The body panels are solid and straight. My plan was to use body panels on a new frame for a resto-mod, I just have too many project cars. It has engine and transmission but I have never tried to turn the engine over so I don't know if the engine is frozen. It is a 4 door fastback - which I was looking for and couldn't find many. I bought the car about 3 years ago and have been storing it in-doors ever since. I have four old cars that are running and driving and I am spending my time on those and wouldn't be able to get to this care for 5+ years. It is definitely a project car, but again, I was planning on putting the body on a new frame and the panels are in solid condition.
