1951 Chevy 5 Window Pick Up

Description

Up for auction is a classic 1951 Chevy 5 Window Pick-Up with a good running 235 inline 6 cylinder, speedand column shift. The vehicle has an open drive train and was set up for a V8. Body, rame and bed are in good shape although the original wood bed is replaced by a sheet of plywood. The floor pan has the usual rust spots but has aluminum sheet metal over the top. All the glass is good except the rear window has a crack. The truck is 12 volts and has a new 12 volt regulator, tarter and generator are in good shape, ew water pump, new front wheel cylinders and brake hosesbut coulduse the front brake drumslathed and new shoes to make it better.

I drive it periodically but you can do a little more work and make it a "daily driver" or go to the next level whether you keep the in-line 6 tradition or install a V8.
