Super Cool True SS396 El Camino

Take a look at this real SS396 El Camino!!! Brings back memories of our old high school days! This one had a body off restoration!
The engine is a 1967 325 horse 396, t has Hookerceramic coated headers, /T vintage valve covers, n Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold and Edelbrockcarburetor. Thepulleys were upgraded to the March serpentine belt set up, ith polished A/C compressor and power steering pump. The car runs and drives great, he exhaust sounds awesome. The turbo 400 transmission shifts firmthrough the gears. The 12 bolt posi rear end has 3:08 gears.
The body is all metal and the floors and frame are perfect. The underside was painted gloss black while the body was off the frame. The silver paint shines like it was just done.
All thesuspension front and rear is new. The front disc brakes and rear drum brakes are all new. All brakes lines{rubber and stainless} and fuel lines are new also. The vintage Crager wheels are wrapped with BF Goodrich tires, 95/50 15 in the rear and 245/60 15 in the front. The interiorupholstery is all new and looks great. The restoration was done approximately 15 years ago, ncluding the paint. I havereceipts for most of the work done and a album with pictures documenting the restoration. It has been in storage and has only had about 100 miles put on during the span.
Final touches are still needed, uch as A/C needs to be completed, he in dash tach is not working. The turn signals have a ground issue also.
Overall this is a great car and a TRUE SS396!
