Low miles 1994 Chevy cavalier wagon must sell asap $2500 OBO

For sale is a 1994 Chevy cavalier wagon with really low miles for the year. Only 70,900 actual miles. I have the title I really need to sell as soon as possible
It has:cruise controlAir conditioningAm/fm radio (no tape or CD player)Newer brakes replaced around 69500 milesLots of room for haulingTow hitchRear seats lay flatEngine block heaterNo cracks in any Windows
The bad:Burns/leaks a little oil but not terrible like every 1000 miles needs to be topped of a littleHas some rustHas a rust hole in muffler so it's a little loud but it's still only a four cylinder so not too loud
