1964 Chevelle Convertible (Project)

Description

I have a 1964 Chevelle Malibu Convertible that I bought and drove for several years and then decided to restore it and have lost momentum. I have since lost interest and am moving on to other projects and would like to reclaim the shop space. It is a 230cid with 2 speed automatic. I am offering the complete car with a lot of new and extra parts that I have accumulated over the years. It is 90% stripped but still rolling with steering in tact. The front floor boards are rusted through but not terrible and I have a new 2 piece full length floor board set still in the box along with a new passenger door and fuel tank w/float assembly. The top is in decent shape with no tears or rips and the hydraulics all worked when I took it apart. The top frame is in good condition. All the interior parts are preserved. The vinyl has some split on the front seat and some discoloration. I also will include a set of repair and assembly manuals along with some original advertisements and the owner's manual. The car is 99% original to include the midnight blue paint. The original interior is aqua blue and the top is white. I also have a used hood that is rust free to replace the original that has some rust along the front lip. I also have an extra dash and window regulators, door hinge bushing kit, fastener kit and a bunch more parts. The engine is on a stand but I think I could set it up for you to hear it run. It ran like a top when I took it out. I also have 1964 Virginia vintage license plates and the original paper work to verify the mileage is original. I am the third owner.
