A rare. original and documented 1970 Nova SS L78 (only 3765 were produced. and only a few hundred of those were auto trans). This car was built in the first few weeks of the the 1970 production run. 9/29/69. The engine is a 396 ci. 375 hp. big block. Transmission is a CW coded Turbo 400 (not original to car). Fathom Blue body. Black Strato bucket interior. No factory gauges or clock. Too many part numbers and date codes to list. The wheels on the car are Rally I. but the spare that I believe is orignal. is a Rally II. A great running and looking car—leave as is. or a candidate for a partial or full restoration. All of the factory parts are there. Included are the protect-o-plate. broadcast sheet. old titles. original keys. manual etc. The block casting number is 3969854 and the casting date is H 21 9.
