I'm listing this SHOW ROOM 1962 Chevrolet Impala SS Convertible for a life-long friend and neighbor. He has had the vehicle for 19 years and spent 6 years and a bushel of money to bring it to the present condition. When I say "show-room" this one is as close as any I have seen. At 75 years old, Richard has decided to let it go. He has trophies - to many to count, 6 "BEST OF SHOW" from 3 states, Illinois, Kentucky, and Indiana!
Engine is 327, 250 horse with 4 /b carb. The overall mileage is 87K with only about 4500 on the totally rebuilt engine. Power Glide tranny.
Tires are original type 800-14. 90 percent tread.
Interior is flawless. Exterior and glass are flawless. The cloth top and back window are like-new.
Radio has been updated but the original radio is available.
