Description

This 68 vette is from Nevada / Californi, so I started restoring this car from a rust free base. I have restored this car all by mysel, except for the motor machine work. This was a on the frame restore. The only thing I have not restored is the rear en, it has no issues. Everything works as it should except for the clock and the mileage/ trip indicator. All is new or restored original parts.Original hard top !Motor - 427 - L89 - 435 HP - TRI-POWER numbers / date correct / CE BLOCKTRANS- original numbers correct 4 - speedDifferential - original 336 posi - big-blockI took the aluminum heads off shortly after rebuil, for it would not run on 93 octane, so I put chevy performance aluminum heads with open chamber heads. Original heads go with car.The wheels / trim rings are even original and numbers correctI put a Dewitt aluminum radiator that looks origina, Wilwood aftermarket brake calipers.,aluminum Edelbrock water pump. Car runs COOL.Car has NO options, no power brake, steering & so on . ordered to go fast !I was not planning on selling this car, so I DID NOT take any short cuts.
