Description
This rare 1939 Chevrolet Woody was originally built by JT Cantrell of Huntington, Long Island. It was originally owned by Dr. Davenport of Manhattan, New York to drive to his summer home in Harwich Port, Massachusetts. A complete frame-off restoration was performed by Hyannisport Restoration in 2002. All wood restored or replaced. Vehicle runs and drives with little effort due to the addition of power brakes (1947 dual master cylinder Chevy), steering converted to GM type box and pump, and... all new brake and fuel lines. Power converted to 12V.Stock: 44660 Color: BlackInterior color: BrownVIN: K344660Transmission: ManualBody style: WagonYear: 1939Engine: 6 CylinderMiles: 1779
