CUSTOM BUILT "SUPER NOVA"

Description

PRO-STREET? Close enough.....Custom-built (to MY specs by Skip White High Performance - Tennessee) 383 Stroker Motor with a 58-page build sheet (available and goes with car). Without running on and on about what parts were used, I'll just sum it up and say that the motor kicks out 754 hp and 740 foot-pounds / torque at the rear tires. Engine was dyno'd (twice) at 10,000 rpm for 5-minutes each run, and before you gearheads start challenging me on that one, yeah I got the sheets to prove it.
Drop her down / lock into 1st gear and on any paved surface, on any day of the week, and she'll lay down a solid 300-feet. (We know, we've measured more than once now). Takes a while before you can see across the road due to all the smoke off the tires though !!
Fontana (CA) drag strip wouldn't let us run her as we don't have all the approved NHRA safety gear (roll bar, fuel shutoff, etc.) Guys said they felt pretty sure she's a 8 - 9 second car after looking into the engine bay and hearing her run at just an idle !
We matched up the engine with a custom-built 700, a B&M shifter and linked it all together with Mosher drag axles and full-time rear lockers.
What can I say? She's a fun, fast little devil, that's why we call her the Super Nova, this ain't grandma's go to church on Sunday car no more…..
Ok, so why am I selling? Wife is recovering from breast cancer and I need the $$ to keep paying for her health insurance. See our other items for sale and you'll know I'm not blowing smoke.
As car was custom built there is no warranty either expressed or implied, but trust me - she will not disappoint you.
