It’s time to pass on my 1930 Chrysler roadster to a new owner. I bought the Chrysler from actor Johnny Crawford (Mark Mcain on the Rifleman tv show) and his wife Charlotte in 2018. Johnny had bought the car back in 1974 and owned it 2018 when I bought it.

The car had been sitting outside for a number of years so it was in need of a full restoration. The sheet metal on the car was pretty good condition as being in California.

As for the drivetrain it was complete but decided to upgrade it with a new 350 Chevy engine crate motor and a 700r automatic trans with a edelbrock 600 carb to make it more driver friendly and much easier to obtain parts. The front and rear axle are the original (which I rebuilt).

The car runs and drives good also all new brakes,new wiring 12v,most of the chrome was all redone there is a couple of pieces that I hadn’t done yet plus all new interior and convertible top.

The car was painted with a base coat clear coat.

Also included in the sale are the original engine and trans plus a bunch of extra Chrysler parts and literature that Johnny had collected over the years.
