Description

1968 Citroen DS21 M series. Tarped in 1983 after engine quit running. Mechanical condition unknown. Engine will not turn over. I have the hand crank that came with the car and it will not rotate in either direction. The Transmission and clutch seem to be in working order. This is Definitely a restoration project. The car is a very good starting point since everything is still on the car. No major dents or dings that i can see. No major rust areas. The trunk lid is flimsy and needs some sort of metal work though. Buyer is responsible for local Pickup Only. I will not ship
