68,000 miles estimated. Prior owner stated that the odometer was replaced at 55,000 miles. It now reads 13,000. This is a beautiful car in overall very good condition. It appears to have been very well cared for and always garaged. No body damage noticed in our inspection. No rust of any concern was noticed in our inspection. Body looks excellent and wears paint that appears original.
This car was manufactured In December 1963 and sold through the Buffalo, ew York District Sales Office. 390 cubic inch V8 with a four barrel carburetor. 300 HP. Crulse-0-Matic transmission. 3.00 bave rear axle. ID Tag on driver's door decodes properly. Engine was rebuilt by previous owner. A correct Milodon oil pan was added at that time.
Prior owners stated that the following work was done: new wheel bearings, ew brake system including drums, hoes, ylinders and stainless brake line, ooster and master cylinder. Rear end serviced. Replica T-Bird roadster wheels added ($1,200). Engine painted, ew wires, oil, lectronic distributor, oltage regulator, asher bag, hoke lines, ew plugs, ire loom, tainless hardware, tainless upper radiator hose, tainless tell braided hose and chrome hez fittings, attery cables and total engine compartment repaint. The trunk was recoated with a new liner. Courtesy lights and door lights have been replaced. Carpet is new with new T-bird mats. The prior owner stated he looked at 50 T-Birds before he purchased and upgraded this vehicles. Current owner confirmed the engine rebuild through inspection by his mechanic. Valve covers show Edelbrock components. The current owner has rebuilt the transmission, rakes and complete front end. New battery. New Edelbrock 4V carburetor and air cleaner. This car runs, rives and stops as it should. It restarts readily after driving on 100 degree days. No AC. The car has the original rear fender skirts and air cleaner in the trunk. New alternator and new, orrect appearance Coker wide white wall tires. Current owner has done about $7,000 worth of maintenance and repairs in the past 3 years. The vehicle appears to have had a dealer applied undercoat, hich is in excellent condition. The trunk is immaculate. Genuine wire wheels.
This car was purchased new in New York State (original registration is with the car). The first owner was a physician who kept the car in Florida for 15 years. Based on the current owner's knowledge, he car was sold out of the estate of the original owner to a collector in New Mexico, hen sold to a collector in Minnesota, hen Missouri and New York. The car appears to have always been garaged. Vinyl top appears to be in excellent condition and the paint is overall very good. Trim, lass and chrome are all very good. Interior is overall in good to excellent condition with some cracking in the driver's door arm rest. Interior seating is the original leather.
