Restored 5.0 GT 400HP 5 spd

This 5. 0 GT was technically a “Barn find”. It was restored and built up from 1997 and 1999 and then covered and stored in a garage for 13 years. I threw in a new battery and 10 gallons of 87 oct and it fired right up. I have $24. 00 in receipts and a list of 156 things done to or included in the car. Some specifics are; - 1971 302cid bored to 308cid. 10. 7:1 compression. desktop dynoed at 431hp @ 7000rpm and 362flb torque @ 5500rpm. Balanced and blueprinted. featuring an all roller assembly. serpentine pulleys. Holley dual feed 780cfm. ceramic coated block hugger "shorty" headers. 7 core aluminum radiator. two electric fans controlled by switch. - $7000 paint job. The car was completely disassembled and interior removed and shot in Midnight Purple Pearl. Cervani fiberglass hood. Comes with a $300. 00 cover. - Rebuilt Tremec T-5 5 speed transmission. Ford 8. 8 rear end. 4. 10 gears. nbsp;Dual Centerforce clutch. detachable two piece dual exhaust. Flowmasters. nbsp;Eibach suspension. - Stereo system with Alpine deck. powered amps. 2 boxed 12" MTX subs. etc. (Everything is there but is disconnected). This car is mechanically in excellent condition. Understand this is a high horsepower 31 year old car and it's a little loud and it does have a couple oil drips after it warms up but it runs and drives great. The only cosmetic flaw is when I buffed out the drivers front corner of the hood and the towel I used had dried mortar mix on it and it scratched an area appx 6"x12". Most people don't notice it until I point it out but it's there and can be restored by wet sanding. I get a lot of compliments on the looks and sound of this car and it has very good manners being driven around town. Pulls like a train in all gears! My reserve is really low. I listed it last year and was just under the reserve but didn't really want to sell it. This reserve is lower than most of those offers. I bought an RV and need to fix a few things so I'm motivated this time. Highest bid wins!
