This is a great opportunity to purchase an unmolested 1970 Ford F-250 Hi Boy that was accessorized back in the day by "YOUNG" out of Buffalo NY. Young was for many many years one of the top conversion companies in North America for fire apparatus. Prior to purchasing the truck I was able to confirm that everything added by YOUNG was in its day top of the line. My intention was to remove all of the fire pump apparatus and restore it back to a nice vintage pick-up. It sits straight as an arrow and runs strong. fires right up with a turn of the key. Even though it was stored indoors for many years it was used in winter months in up state NY and can really use a restoration on areas of the cab as well as the bed. Has dual spot lights. Has siren and PA system with hand held mic. Took me a long time to find this truck prior to purchasing it but cannot find the time to restore it to the level it needs to be.
