1970 Mustang. Mach 1 fastback. Numbers matching 351-4V Cleveland Engine - rebuilt engine 2014 - total 400HP FMX-Automatic transmission - rebuilt to factory specs 3. 00 Standard Axle Ratio (Open rear) Power steering Power front disc brakes Miles 79. 00 original miles. I have owned the mustang for 2 years and I'm the "second" owner. it was owned by a lady prior to me. she owed it most of her adult life and she drove it very infrequently. The vehicle was always garage kept. No rust and all 100% original parts. never been in accident. It's a very strong driver and a blast to drive. I just don't have the time or place to take it to the next level or make it show room new. The reason I listed the "good and bad" is because I have nothing to hide and be honest. Several folks have told me I'm being very picky but that's just me. The paint on the car was redone by the previous owner and is acceptable. The Mustang was wet sanded smooth and shines well when waxed. The Mustang looks great inside and out but is considered a 10-15 footer ( the amount of feet you stand away while looking at the car). Take note: NO RUST - absolutely no rust and it never had any bodywork or been in an accident. The good: It is solid and has great sheet metal. it is very rare to find any classic vehicle on the east coast with absolutely no rust. It was never driven in bad weather. The Mustang is mechanically safe and sound. It's a numbers matching car and was original sold in Maryland by Bob Davidson ford! We have all the original shop repair manuals. The engine was rebuilt 4/2014. I have engine rebuild paper work. No engine smoke when starting up or running and very powerful (rated over 400HP)! Power front disc brakes and rear drums work fine with no pull. The interior is in good shape for its age. All engine parts and air-conditioning. carburetor. radiator and drive train have been restored to factory specifications. The car is literally in "new condition". I also have exhaust headers with "flow master" mufflers [I have original manifolds] and it sounds deep "throaty" - you know when this car is coming and going and it turns heads and thumbs up from all ages wherever it shows up. The bad: Needs a good paint job. but unless you look very closely you would not notice. (the car is 44 years old!).
