Welcome to StreetDreamsTexas as we are in our 17th year in the classic and muscle car business. Here is a very nice example of a truly historic automobile! They started being produced in 1908 by Ford and ended production in 1927. So this is the second to last year available. Model Ts were produced with a 177 ci 2.9 L inline 4 cylinder producing 20hp. They are said to get 13-21 mpg. You could have used gasoline, kerosene, or ethanol as fuel for your Model T. The transmission is a planetary gear or a 3-speed. One of the speeds being reverse, and all controlled by three pedals. This has a nice black paint job, detailed yellow spoke wheels, and runs very well. It purrs like a kitten! It is really cool to hear one of these old original motors run. As far as the paint went like Henry Ford said in his 1909 autobiography, Any customer can have a car painted any color that he wants so long as it is black. However that was not implemented until 1914. This is a great addition to any collection, museum, or just a great fair weather driver.
