This is a hybrid of sorts. It's registered as a 1973 Ford pick up because that's what the cab/body is however, the frame/motor and drive train are from a 91 dodge cummins. We call it a "Fummins".
I cannot take credit for doing the chassis swap but I can say the work was pretty well done.
The truck is mechanically sound. Motor starts right up. Runs, drives, turns, stops just like it should. There is some new stuff under the hood also like a new (top of the line) FASS System, so fuel delivery should never be a problem. We also put in an upgraded turbine housing and stainless exhaust manifold. (More boost/more power).
The front suspension was all redone and it has brand new tires on it.
The body and paint are in pretty decent shape. The trim is all there.
All in all, the truck is great runner but needs a little work to call it finished.
