1964 Ford Galaxie XL 500 Deluxe

This 1964 Galaxie XL 500 Deluxe is in great shape. It has been completely restored to include mechanical. paint. and interior work. Mechanically. the car is in great shape with many new parts. The car sat behind the previous owners house for several years after her husband passed. Having sat for so long the first stop for this beauty was the mechanics. All work was preformed by a master mechanic. and he went through all systems to make certain the car was back up to speed. New exhaust. supspension. braking systems. etc. Next stop was the body shop. With very little rust and only a couple dings and dents. this one was a quick turn around there. We decided to go with the original powder blue with a little spin. The Galaxie got a new pearl topcoat to set it off a bit. After the body shop we sent to the upholsterers to put the finishing touches on it. It has a new dash cap. seats. carpet. head liner and door panels. As with the paint. we decided it may need a refresher. so we added blue faux carbon fiber inserts. It also has a retro aftermarket head unit. so you can plug in your smart phone or mp3 player to listen to your jams! All in all this car is in very good shape and would make a perfect daily driver. or weekend and show driving if that's your style.
