1981 GMC K3500 Crew Cab 4x4 in cars and trucks

•1981 GMC K3500 4X4•454 engine with FiTech EFI Carb and serpentine conversion freshly rebuilt•TH400 transmission freshly rebuilt•NP205 transfer case freshly rebuilt•Gear Vendor overdrive purchased new•detroit positrac rearend freshly rebuilt•4x4 rebuilt within last 5 years•new fuel tanks and fuel lines with Fitech fuel command•Clean title
Engine, Trans, Transfer Case, Gear vendor, detroit positrac, fuel tanks, Fitech carb and fuel commandall less than 100 miles driven since install earlier this year!
All work done by a professional shop so the angles are correct for the added gear vendor
THE GOOD:Thousands upon thousands of dollars invested into the guts of this truck. $1,600 for FITECH, 454 $2,800, TH400 trans with monster trans stall converter $1,300, NP205 transfer case $800, New Gear Vendor $3,000, new 4 core radiator $400, Hedman headers $600, Toyo open country 38" tires and rims $3,000 and much much more!
Truck is an excellent shape no dents and a very nice spray in bedliner with clean and straight box, electric door locks and windows all work (front two windows work but are slow could use new motor)
THE BAD:I'm broke with too many leeches on my payroll. Truck still needs work on engine, I am guessing that the head gasket may need to be replaced as there is white smoke out exhaust, alternator bracket needs to be reduced in thickness, leak on the right side exhaust gasket
These trucks are becoming one of a kind as most people have destroyed them after all of these years. If the truck does not sell I will put it back in my barn and sell it for triple in 10 to 15 years
