Plow truckIH Scout 800 row bar runs chains SUV no power steering 345 engine 4wd

Having a problem with the solenoid on the plow, f you bypass it you have no problem getting the blade up. I do not know how to fix it. there is rust, ee pictures, he headlights stopped working when I put a new power cable for the plow blade in the truck (the top lights are not connected). It runs real good, have the chains for the tires and 4 extra tires and wheels. I was told they fit but have had no need to try them out. you have 4wd high and low with a 8 cylinder engine (345?). see pictures. Plows through all ice and snow. Has a row bar, ut no back seat, ough panels and the top does come off but is sealed right now. It does not have a hood latch and the locks do not work on the doors.The back doors work great though. Wipers work, nd this does have a manual choke. Write me if you need more information.I have a clean Colorado title.
