Description
I am 70 y.o. and in bad health, so it is time to sell my "barn find" Jaguar E-Type. It has literally been sitting in a barn for at least 20 years, but in anticipation of restoring it, I bought a fully restored engine and transmission. The only thing I have done on the car itself is having all four carburetors professionally rebuilt. The main reason why I have hung onto this car for so long is the body - it is in very good condition - which is hard to find these days. I also have done a lot of research on where to acquire the items needed to fully restore this car, including paint and mechanical shops that specialize in Jaguar projects.
At $30K OBO, the purchaser will be getting a great bargain. Prices for the iconic Jaguar E-Type have been going through the roof the past few years and show no signs of weakening. So this car is indeed a very good investment.
