Description
1970 Kaiser Jeep CJ5 with rare removable hard top - black with black Interior. Kaiser Jeep became Jeep/AMC for 1971 so this Jeep is indeed unique. This fantastic example has the bulletproof and desired 225ci/160hp Dauntless (Buick) V6 Engine under the hood, (which is original and correct for this truck), In 1965, the CJ-5 and CJ-6 four-cylinder Willys Hurricane Engine was supplemented with 155 hp (116kW), as a result of Kaiser having purchased the casting rights to the Buick 225 cu in (3.7 L) V6 Dauntless. Backed By a manual 3 speed transmission. Warn Locking Hubs, Steel Wheels with Off-Road Tires. New roll cage and seats, bikini top and soft doors when you go without the hardtop. Jeep is mostly original and in good shape. I planned to restore it but simply don't have the time. It is currently a weekly driver and turns heads everywhere it goes.
