1989 maserati 228 Twin Turbo

hi I have a 1989 Maserati 228 it has6-cyl. 2790cc/225hp FI Twin Turbo engine and manual tranyhas 39k miles on it. I got it a some years back to fix up I started but did not finsh like you can see in the pic it did run and drive when I go it I did try to start it but the fule tank look like is lecking flue out now so I could not start it .it does not have a title just come with a bill of sale from me to you car is in Montgomery mn zip is 56069 you can call or text me at 612-221-3899 thanks
