4 door sedan with sunroof and diesel 4 clynder engine

My husband bought this at an estate sales as a errand runner as he prefers diesels over gas he said my BMW is too uncomfortable for him (giggle, he has to move the seat back I am 5'2")The body is in good shape; there is a small dent on roof that has rust on passenger side . The paint is goodcondition, interior is in good to fair condition: notearsin front or back leather seats,the rear driver side panel has some damage ( see photos),it could use a new carpet kit- the previous owner cut out the carpet on drivers side (WHY ?!) has a sunroof neither of us have tried to open it, tires in good shape.we replaced the starter and gave it a tune-up.
