Up for auction is a 1949 Mercury 4-Door Sedan. Car is originally from California. Mechanics Special! Restoration in progress. The body is off and soda blasted. Gear train is complete. Frame was POR painted. The front bumper is newly re-chromed. The gas tank is new. The transmission has new bearings. It has 4 steel belted whitewall tires. Rotary 2000 lift is included.

The mileage is unknown. The only rust showing is in the trunk area, and a replacement panel is included. Dashboard is not included (missing).

Included is a complete set of books for 1949-1951 Mercury.

I know a good bit about cars, so please ask whatever questions you have. The car is being sold in the AS-IS condition and without warranty, as I'm a private seller. Buyer agrees to pay all taxes and fees. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 3 days of auction's end, which can be made with paypal. Remaining balance is due within 14 days of auction's end, payable by cashier's check or cash for receipt. Buyer needs to arrange pickup or transportation at buyer's expense prior to 14 days from auction's end, unless agreed otherwise.
