1949 Mercury Convertible hot rod ledsled

I bought this with plans for it, but another cars come up so listing this one in hopes I can snag the other before it's gone.Original 1949 Mercury Convertible.Lowered all around (not bagged)Crate 350/700r4. Cranks right up, mild cam.Dual exhaust with glasspacksVintage Air (blows cold, no "needs compressor" nonsense, blows cold).Top in good condition, no tears.Convertible bows are all chromed.Missing rams for the top so it's a MFer to put up and down yourselfHave skirts and side trim for it.Interior complete, worn but usable and presentable.Body shaved all over, doors hood trunk.Floors are very solid.Rockers were replaced by someone however long ago. They look decent from the outside but an amateur job when crawling underneath.Bumpers & Desoto grille rechromed, no pitting or scratches. Very nice quality.Floors and frame are solid. Have pics of that if interested.Not a 50k+ Merc, so there are weekend projects here and there depending on what you want to do with it or blow it apart and build a show car.Located in Austin Texas.Not interested in trades at this time unless it's a 59 Buick coupe.
