It's a project car. This Packard has surface rust. Ithas all necessary parts and is complete.All chrome has been removed for plating. I can finish it at your cost, as it's at the chrome plating company right now. If not - I'll include it with the car as is (It's not in the pictures - but I can take pictures if needed)
