Description

This is an unusual pretty much all original never restored in really good shape GTO. Icouldn't find any in this shape listed for sale anywhere. This car isrust free, all original metal, look at the trunk pan in the picture it looks new and is indicative of the rest of the car. The paint is original and I planned to patch the dents and dings and repaint them with matching paint and clear the original paint to preserve it. I bet there are not many 1967 GTO's in this good of shape with the original paint, metal, etc. Most of the interior is brand new, including the carpeting, seat covers and headliner. This car is very reliable, I wouldn't be afraid to take off on a long trip with it. It'sis anoriginal power breaks, steering andair condition car. It has the his and her shifter. The motor is the only thing that isn't original, but the motor is the same as the original 400 engine. It has the originalTurbo 300 transmission andRochester Quadrajet carburetor. The heater isn't hooked up and the air conditioner compressor is missing. This car has spent it entire life in thedryTexas Panhandle is why it's in such good shape. There are two small placeswhere the painthas lines in it, see the pictures. There are some small dings and dents, they are in the pictures also. The odometer show 55,000 miles, I am sure it has rolled over.
If you want to drive a well cared for 1967 GTO that looks like it should for a unrestored and original 50 year old car this is probably one of the few remaining. It does have some minor imperfections which gives it the true character of a 50 year old car that has been a driver.
Like I said I couldn't find any other 1967 GTO's in this shape to compare pricing. I am open to any offers. Thanks
